The members have joined together, sharing services, infrastructure and values to deliver a dynamic, person driven, holistic service model to successfully support the ongoing delivery of Specialist Disability Services (SDS) from the NSW Department of Family and Community Service (FACS) in the Hunter Valley.
Combined, the three consortium members have over 100 years’ experience in providing a wide range of services to local people with disability, including in-home support and respite services and integrated service programs in group homes and supported independent living.
HV Disability Services is focused on community inclusion and participation and believe all people have equal rights to live in a world where people with disabilities live the same as others in their community, supported by services delivered with; integrity, respect, compassion, understanding and innovation.
In the Hunter most people have now transitioned across to the NDIS. Our proven experience in the NDIS will be shared with each individual, their families and carers to review their NDIS plans, ensuring people receive the right individual support from their chosen provider.
HV Disability Services are also committed to offering ongoing professional development and training to all staff to ensure they can always provide the best possible support as well as keeping informed about the NDIS.
HV Disability Services offer Respite and short term accommodation in the Hunter Region.
